I am more than just a name on a list.
I am more than just a picture you can pretend you saw on an Internet search for stock images of “bearded old man”.
More, even, than an image that appears on your screen if I turn my webcam on.
More than you can know if we were to sit down together and talk all through the evening, and lie together in the darkness and talk all through the night besides.
The same is true of you.
Each of us is so much more than can be communicated to another in a lifetime.
Each individual contains so much knowledge, so much experience, so much wisdom, so much perspective, such an unique view of the world…the uniqueness of every person deserves recognition.
The Magic Eight-Ball says, "You are unique, just like everyone else."
